Boker Plus Pocket Rocket fixed blade knife with double edge by Michael Jarvis

Michael Jarvis, a self-taught American knife maker, founded his company Auxiliary Manufacturing in Reno, Nevada. He manufactures knives that combine reliability and precision. This is a fixed blade knife for everyday use with a symmetrical shape.
It has a double-edged spear point full tang blade made of stonewashed D2 steel.
The handle features black G10 scales, brass rivets and a hole in the back.
Safety opening: fixed. 
Kydex sheath with ball chain for wearing around the neck.
