Product Details

Box of 6 Goyon-Chazeau knives, "Avantage" range 

Goyon Chazeau introduces us to a box of 6 table knives made in France and by hand in Goyon's own workshop in Thiers. The knives in the Le Thiers "Avantage" line are forged from a single piece of steel worthy of fine cutlery
Hardened blade in forged stainless steel X46Cr13, hardness (52-54HRC), double edged and razor sharp. Matt finish.
Forged 18-10 stainless steel top.
Juniper wood handle with 3 rivets.
2 forged bolsters

Knife: 23cm

Sold in a beechwood box.

It is recommended to wash wooden and acrylic items by hand with a soft sponge. Store in a dry place.

Made in Thiers in the Goyon-Chazeau workshops, 100% French quality.
