Gift box of 2 Damascus knives from the KAI Shun Classic range
Set of 2 Shun Classic knives (DM.0701 15cm blade + DM.0702 18cm blade), wooden case.
The Shun Classic series is a great success with the most demanding chefs. Shun professional knives are made from 32-layer Damascus stainless steel with a central core of VG-10 steel. This very hard steel is particularly resistant to corrosion and has a Rockwell hardness of 61 +/- 1. The convex edge of the blade and the manual sharpening of each Shun knife guarantee a remarkable cut. The beauty of the handle, made from strips of compressed Pakka wood, is enhanced by a bolster at the end.
1 x 15cm utility knife and 1 x 18cm Santoku knife.
Not dishwasher safe.
