Product Details

Goyon-Chazeau "P'tit et Grand Tradi" 2-Piece Knife Set

These two knives are ultra-versatile and efficient. Presented together in a set, they will simplify your life in the kitchen.

Hardened blade made of Sandvik 14C28N steel, carbon-loaded (56-58HRC), double-ground and razor-sharp. Matte finish.
Full grind - Full tang laser cut - 2 mm thick for the small knife and 2.5 mm thick for the large one.
The handle is made of grenadilla wood (a heavy and water-resistant wood) with riveted assembly.

Sold in a cardboard box
