Box of 6 Goyon-Chazeau knives, full tang

Goyon Chazeau presents us with a boxed set of 6 table knives made in France and by hand in Goyon's own workshop in Thiers.
Hardened blade in Sandvik 14C28N steel, carbon loaded (56-58HRC), double edged and razor sharp. Matte finish.
Full tang, walnut wood handle with rivet assembly.

Comes in a beechwood box.

Knife: 20cm

Made in Thiers in the Goyon-Chazeau workshops, 100% French quality.
