Special Forces Spetsnaz shovel modelled on an original Soviet Spetsnaz military entrenchment tool.
It has a Hickory hardwood handle, a wide flat steel blade and 2 sharp edges. It's ideal for digging burrows and bunkers, cutting branches, building shelters, acting as an improvised paddle and even as a defensive weapon of last resort! Our new, larger variant, called the Spetsnaz Trench Shovel, has all the winning features of the Special Forces model, with the added advantage of improved size. It's 50% longer and has a slightly larger shovel head.
