The “Tuscany” range of kitchen knives by Due Cigni

The ideal steak knife for cutting meat cleanly without tearing it or releasing the juices.

Smooth, satin-finished blade made from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel. An even more durable steel that is highly resistant to corrosion and easy to sharpen. HRC 57.

Handle made from Tuscan olive wood. The handle is secured to the full-tang blade by three rivets.

Do not put in the dishwasher.
Dry the knife immediately after washing to prevent the wood from splitting or losing its beauty.
