Sharpening time: Approx. 1 minute for the first sharpening and re-sharpening will take no more than 10 seconds.

EdgeSelect® 3-step system :

- step 1: electric pre-sharpening with a diamond disc to reshape the edge
blunt knives.
- step 2: electric sharpening with a thinner disc to create a sharpening angle

- step 3: electric polishing to remove the morfil and obtain a razor sharp edge, with the possibility of sharpening
serrated knives during this phase.

Equipped with a diamond abrasive surface which ensures maximum results, the angel is 15° which allows most of the knives to be sharpened.
