Boker Tirpitz-Damascus Gold folding knife
On 1 April 1939, the Tirpitz, named after Admiral Alfred von Tirpitz, was christened and launched at Wilhelmshaven. Since then, no battleship of this size has been built in Europe.
She was sunk in 1944 off the Norwegian coast.
a Norwegian company sent experts to refloat the wreck in order to make highly Allied steel available for civilian use.
The Böker Tirpitz- Damascus Gold fascinates with its incomparable Damascus blade, exclusively gold-plated. Composed of 300 layers of hand-forged Tirpitz- Damascus, it features the ‘Great Pyramid’ motif.
All the components, such as the pusher, blade and handle screws, spacers, liner, clip and spare clip plate, are also gold-plated. The blade is secured by a 1.5 mm thick linerlock. The repositionable clip (point up/point down) makes it easy to carry.
Aluminium handle and local walnut inlay featuring the Tirpitz coat of arms and name.
