Set of 2 steak knives, perfect for barbecue fans with its razor-sharp blade!
Smooth, satin-finish blade in 4119 Nitro-B stainless steel, an improved version of X50CrMoV15. An even tougher steel that's perfect against corrosion and easy to sharpen. HRC 57.
Olive wood handle. Handle attached to the full tang blade by three rivets.
Do not put in the dishwasher.
Dry the knife immediately after washing to prevent the wood from splitting or losing its beauty.
