Gyuto knife with Kanetsune inscription on the blade

A kitchen knife or chef's knife. Used to prepare large vegetables and cut all kinds of meat
Usual length of the blade: 20 to 24 cm - symmetrical blade 
It is made of high carbon stainless steel DSR-1K6. 
Hardness 58HRC
18 cm coated blade cuts like a razor blade with an ultra smooth edge 
Tsuchime" blade finish keeps food from sticking to the blade
High-performance hammered blade thanks to its balanced composition of carbon and added molybdenum.
The handle is made of natural plywood with a black bolster to contrast with the blade and handle.
It offers an excellent grip and a perfect hold.
