This 44.4cm camping hatchet is like all Gerber hatchets a rugged helper it is the little brother of the Gerber one-handed axe series. It combines a light weight with an ultra-sharp blade to offer unbeatable edge retention, its medium size is ideal for splitting medium sized logs.
Forged steel blade coated in black PTFE to prevent the blade sticking to the wood. Cuts three times deeper than average.
Fiber Comp® shock-absorbing over-moulded handle, excellent grip, perfectly balanced, patented 3D handle.
Ideal hatchet for camping or gardening work such as chopping wood or driving stakes.
