Old Bear® " folding knife with brass ferrule, size XL, carved walnut range.

Old Bear® : a series of knives produced by experienced craftsmen
Each knife has been handcrafted, making it unique and original.
Any irregularities on the surface of the knife are a further guarantee of the handcrafted process which does not alter or detract from the functionality of the knife. 

This is a range of knives made in collaboration with the Italian chef Fabio Allara who lives near Turin and is a true expert in the art of woodcarving.
It is a technique that requires a lot of manual dexterity, patience and creativity, each engraved knife is unique. A natural wood is selected and the carving on the wood starts all by hand with a special knife, when the work is finished a special wax or paint is used on it and the knife is ready.
The blade is made of hardened steel 420 HRC 54/56 with Clip Point shape and satin finish. Opening by notch in the blade.
The handle is made of American walnut wood.
It is equipped with a brass safety ferrule to lock the handle in the open or closed position.

Delivered in an individual box with quality control certificate.

This product has been handcrafted, making each knife unique and original. Any irregularities on the surface of the knife are an additional guarantee of the handcrafted manufacturing process which does not alter or change the functionality of the knife.
