This pocket knife opens like a classic folding pocket knife. To close it, you have to :

Push the latch upwards
Bend the blade
Lock the blade by pushing the latch down. The blade is now locked and the knife is closed.
Thus, this opening and closing system designed by the Claude Dozorme manufacture is very secure. Indeed, this system perfectly locks the blade of the pocket knife in the open or closed position.
