Dovo 5/8 Ebony "Astrale" Razor of high German quality

DOVO Solingen: DOVO is a manufacturer of safety razors, trimmers and other classic shaving accessories with over a century of experience.
Open razor or "cabbage cutter" with double-sided polished high-grade carbon steel blade and round nose
The word originally referred to a short sword used in the infantry.
The 5/8 blade is hollowed out with a golden inscription "Dovo-Astrale" with a drawing of a planet and a moon, which attests to its superior quality. A straight tang with engraving "Dovo Solingen" with a standard hook.
The handle is made of ebony wood with a plate for engraving initials.
Before use, we recommend that you run the blade of your cabbage cutter over a leather razor for an optimal shave.
