Nogent *** beechwood mini bread knife, 11 cm, stainless steel

The French cutlery brand Nogent* (Nogent 3 Étoiles) is manufactured entirely in France, in Biesles, in the Haute-Marne cutlery-making region.

‘NOGENT ICONIC’ mini bread knife, 11 cm serrated stainless steel blade, natural beechwood handle, presented on a card.

Serration: Serrated blade ideal for making clean cuts through baguettes, flutes or pastries without ever crushing the crumb. 

The beechwood handle: Crafted from PEFC-certified natural beechwood sourced from French forests. The wood is kiln-dried, stained and varnished to protect it from moisture in the kitchen. It is assembled using traditional methods with two aluminium rivets.
