Petty knife with Kanetsune inscription on the blade

The Petty: Universal knife between the paring knife and the filet de sole knife: chopping meat, vegetables or herbs, mincing.
The term Petty refers to utility knives.
Usual length of the blade: 12 to 16 cm - symmetrical blade 
Its grey blade is made of a VG-1 core surrounded by SU410 stainless steel.
Hammered "Tsuchime" finish to help cut food break up naturally 
Hardness 59-60HRC
Its 13.5 cm coated blade cuts like a razor blade with an ultra smooth edge 
Plywood handle with stainless steel bolster.
It offers an excellent grip and a perfect hold.
