Helle Sigmund knife
Designed by two generations of Helle men, the blade was designed by Sigmund Helle in the 1930s and the handle by his son Torodd Helle in 2012, representing 80 years of tradition.
The Sigmund is a classic all-rounder. Its beautifully designed handle, made from stacked pieces of dark oak mixed with pieces of leather, gives the knife a personality worthy of a masterpiece. The knives come with a triple-laminated steel blade that's razor-sharp and ready to use.
The medium-sized handle, hand-sanded to a satin finish, offers a grip that's large enough for medium to large hands, with an unhooking feature for optimum hold.
The handle is made from oak beech wood and leather.
