Product Details

Fallkniven DC521 sharpening stone: a diamond/ceramic combination that will cover all your sharpening needs. 

This stone - small but really effective - consists of a fine diamond stone (25 microns) on one side and a very special ceramic stone made of synthetic sapphires on the other. 
The advantage of these materials is that the sharpening surface is always flat, which is important when sharpening your knives. 
Moreover, these materials are very hard and will sharpen even the hardest steel.

There is no need to wet or grease the stones, which only need to be cleaned with warm water and liquid soap. 
The stones may feel quite hard at first, but will soften and improve after a few uses.

Supplied in a leather case.
