The Déglon grapefruit knife

Thanks to its very sharp cutting edge you will have no difficulty in separating the pulp from the skin while keeping a clean cut.
Blade made of X46Cr13 stainless steel with a hardness of 53 HRC
A blade cut in half silk with curve and camber.
Serrated edge with very fine serrations
Black polypropylene handle.
Stainless steel ferrule
Assembled by mechanical press
Dishwasher safe and very robust.
