Santoku: The essential, versatile model in this premium range. Designed for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables alike, it is one of the brand's most sought-after pieces thanks to its perfect balance.

It features a blade with a VG10 stainless steel core (enriched with cobalt and carbon). This core is clad in 36 layers of alternating soft and hard stainless steel (18 layers on each side) to create the marbled surface pattern.
A razor-sharp blade.

The handle is made of reinforced laminated composite wood (wood fibers infused with phenolic resin under high pressure), making it resistant to water and temperature fluctuations.

A full-tang knife (the blade steel extends the entire length of the handle and is secured by three stainless steel rivets).
A forged stainless steel bolster ensures a seamless, watertight seal between the blade and the handle, preventing dirt or juices from seeping in and ensuring perfect hygiene.

To maintain your Japanese knives, hand-washing is recommended; try to keep the handle dry. Avoid abrasive sponges; simply wipe with a clean, dry cloth, and your knife will look brand new.
Do not use a dishwasher if you want your knives to last.
