Mini Hultafors Agelsjön axe

HULTAFORS Agelsjön mini hatchet in Swedish carbon steel.

This compact mini hatchet is ideal for your outings in the woods or when hiking for camp work, building shelters, limbing, cleaning or simply chopping wood to make a fire.
It's named after the nearby Agelsjön lake, where water is needed to power the forge's waterwheel.
A short handle and light weight that's easy to stow in a bag or clip to your belt.
A Swedish carbon steel blade hand-forged in a factory that has been in operation since 1697 in the Hult Valley (south-east Sweden). The axe heads will follow an automated process to be as efficient as possible, modernity combined with the traditions of the forges.
Convex grinding edge, sharpened, polished and ready for use.
The handles are made from light brown, linseed oil-treated American Hickory wood, which is excellent for absorbing shocks.
Supplied with a protective leather sheath.
