Usabagata knife with Kanetsune on the blade

A Japanese kitchen knife similar to the Nakiri, ideal for all your vegetables and herbs thanks to its rectangular blade.
It has a Sandvik 19C27 stainless steel core mixed with SUS410 stainless steel. 
Hardness 60-61HRC
Its 16.5 cm coated blade cuts like a razor blade with an ultra smooth edge.
The natural black wooden handle provides excellent grip and hold. 
Stainless steel bolster
