Paring knife from the Kai Seki Magoroku range
Traditional Japanese knife produced for centuries in Seki, Japan under the same aspect.
Thanks to its short blade it will be perfect for all your small vegetable cutting, dicing, peeling, bacon cutting.
Forged from Molybdenum Vanadium 1 K6 stainless steel, with a carbon content of 0.8% and a Rockwell hardness of 58 +/- 1, the blade offers great strength and an irreproachable cutting performance.
This cutting resistance - achieved by a new Kai-specific three-stage slow-speed sharpening process - considerably reduces friction between the blade and the product and allows better cutting of food.
The handle is made of Pakkawood, a hardwood and oleaginous wood which guarantees an irreproachable water resistance, black polypoprylene ferrule.
Important: not dishwasher safe
