HULTAFORS Stalberg carpenter's axe in Swedish carbon steel.

Hultafors Stalberg axe with straight handle and long, fine cutting edge for precision wood cutting. Finger notch in the axe head allows a grip where your hand is placed, almost directly over the centre of the cutting edge for flawless precision.
A Swedish carbon steel blade hand-forged in a factory that has been in operation since 1697 in the Hult Valley (south-east Sweden). The axe heads will follow an automated process to be as efficient as possible, modernity combined with the traditions of the forges.
Straighter edge with Scandinavian grinding, sharpened edge, polished and ready for use
The handles are made from light brown, linseed-oil-treated American Hickory wood, which is excellent for absorbing shocks.
Supplied with a protective leather sheath.
