Handle made from recycled oyster shells (from Oléron), all handle materials are manufactured in Charles Canon's workshops in Courcelles lès Lens 62, Hauts de France.
The shellfish are harvested by various means: restaurants, oyster farmers and fishmongers. Charles Canon carries out a shell cleaning cycle. The shellfish and charcoal are crushed and then stabilised in a resin.
