Hultafors Dvardala forest or hunting axe

Dvardala is the perfect axe for hunting and life in the forest. It has the same type of head as the Hultafors Åby axe, but the handle is shorter.
The shorter handle also makes it easier to work with the axe close to the body. The axe is ideal for precision work such as carving or building shelters, fireplaces and other objects around a campsite. This is thanks to a shape that's well proportioned for the hand and a semi-straight cutting edge with a wide, flat grind.

All Hultafors Premium axe heads are made from Swedish carbon steel. They are hand-forged in a factory that has been in operation since 1697 in the Hult Valley (south-east Sweden). Their handles are made from Hickory (American walnut) treated with linseed oil. Each axe comes with a protective leather sheath in an individual box.
