Professional kitchen knives made of AUS-8 single-ply steel with a hardness of 58HRC.
The chef's knife lives up to its name and is indispensable in the kitchen for cutting vegetables into sticks, julienne strips and chopping herbs.
It is also used to cut large pieces of meat or fish into pieces.
Very light, about 100g, and renowned for their durability, they are made of a single layer without rivets or welds, perfect for hygiene.
For sharpening no extra effort they have an angle of 17 degrees.
The 11cm handle is shaped like a stainless steel bamboo and is very elegant, ensuring a firm grip even if your hand is wet.
