Superb French handmade pocket knife, an outdoor folding knife for all your daily activities or hunting knife.
Blade made of 256 layer Damascus steel forged from AISI 1075 (high carbon) and AISI 4340 (low carbon, high nickel) quality steel sheets. A stack of 11 sheets is formed which is then heated and hammer forged.
The heating and beating process is repeated 4-5 times until over 200 layers of high quality Damascus steel are obtained. A 3mm thick DropPoint blade with a lug opening and a robust backlock safety device. Oxo engraved on the blade.
The handle is made of 1.7cm thick buffalo horn and fits perfectly in the hand.
