A Japanese cleaver knife ideal for slicing bones from dense cartilage, meat and shellfish.
Thanks to their thick and wide blade, nothing can resist them.

It has a white steel core with 11 layers of damascus steel and a hardness of 60 HRC
Its 16.5 cm blade cuts like a razor blade with an ultra smooth edge.
The hand will hold the D-shaped magnolia wood handle firmly.
Black plastic bolster to contrast with the blade and handle.
