These scissors are radically different from traditional, bulky kitchen models. They have been specially designed for fine, precision cutting tasks. Their narrow, tapered 7 cm blades are perfect for getting into places where standard scissors are too bulky

The stainless steel blades feature a slight micro-serration. This allows them to grip food firmly (slippery meats, herbs, plastic packaging).
