An outdoor knife with a sleek design designed to withstand the trials of the hostile world.
It was named after the Didi Galgalu desert in northern Kenya.
The extremely thin, straight-backed, full tang blade, fixed to the handle by 2 rivets, is made of 12C27 stainless steel which gives it an excellent edge, very durable and yet easy to sharpen.
The silk is visible at the upper end of the handle and at the pommel, but is covered by African Kiaat wood on the side of the fingers, protecting them from direct contact with the steel in the cold.
Ergonomic handle made of Kiaat and Vulcanfibre with a finger guard for better grip in wet conditions.
Supplied with a Scandinavian style leather belt sheath holding the knife securely and firmly without the need for snaps or straps.
