Goyon-Chazeau is one of those cutlers from the Thiers basin who have come together to perpetuate this mastery and know-how through a knife bearing the name of their city:
Thiers, the capital of French cutlery for more than 6 centuries and who have made the reputation of French knives by respecting the 3 key ideas: Territoriality, Quality, Morality.
A 100% French creation and still handmade in Thiers. A knife with a smooth blade made of hardened stainless steel SandSand 12C27 Clip Point shape with double serration.
Safety opening: Slip Joint
Handle in burr walnut, forged spring, hand-engraved and riveted.
Stitched full grain brown leather case and cardboard box.
Rinse the blade with a damp sponge and then wipe it with a soft cloth.
Store in a dry place.
A very light knife that is equally at home in the city or the country.
Easy to sharpen.
