Forged from a single piece of steel, featuring a French-style bolster.
Smooth finish highly resistant to corrosive agents as well as high and low temperatures (from -40°C to 150°C).
Stainless steel rivets are guaranteed against corrosion.

NITRUM® Steel: Blades are crafted from Arcos' exclusive nitrogen-enriched stainless steel alloy. It offers enhanced corrosion resistance and is easily maintained using a sharpening steel.

Polyoxymethylene (POM) / Polypropylene (PP) Handle: Depending on the specific component, handles feature a matte black injection-molded finish, renowned for high resistance to impact, scratches, detergents, and temperature fluctuations.

The "Pure" Block: A compact, 35 cm tall vertical stand made of natural acacia wood.
