Laguiole knife dressed by Claude Dozorme in ram's horn
The ancestor of the Laguiole knife was born from the adoption of the Navaja, with its Arab-Hispanic shape, brought back at the beginning of the 19th century by those who left to work in Spain as pit sawyers.
The local knife of the time, the Capouchadou, and the newcomer Navaja thus gave birth to the Laguiole.

with liner lock opening and closing system, very light and extra flat knife, suitable for both city and country use.
