The Tatar hat is a grilling device.

It cooks thin slices of meat, vegetables and fruit on the conical hat with spikes.

No smoke, no juices that end up charring.
The juices flow into the rim of the hat, into which a lean broth with chopped vegetables is placed.
Not sensitive to thermal shocks.
