Dick Vivum paring knife with noble birch wood handle.
This paring knife is small, versatile and sharp. It's ideal for peeling, cutting and garnishing.
The VIVUM series stands for handmade craftsmanship rather than mass-produced knives.
Each knife is a unique piece, hand-finished by specialist craftsmen. A specially alloyed steel is used for this VIVUM
series, offering excellent cutting performance, exceptional hardness and good
corrosion resistance.
The blades are hardened at -197°C to optimise the
structure of the material. This results in an optimum hardness of 58 HRC.
A stainless steel blade combined with a birch handle symbolises durability and reliability. Each knife is unique and its grain is unmistakable.
Optimum balance thanks to perfect weight distribution.
These extraordinary knives combine a natural look with extreme sharpness, and the new handle shapes are not only
impressive, they also fit perfectly in the hand. The wood is natural and warm to the touch.
