Citadel kitchen knives

The Citadel cutlery, created in Cambodia in the years 90 by the Frenchman Dominique Eluere, has been developed in collaboration with legendary blacksmith masters from Cambodia.
In addition to the samurai swords that can compete with Japanese works, Citadel also produces a very nice assortment of quality knives.

The entire production is handcrafted with local materials and steel imported from France; all blades are hand-forged by trained and experienced workers to shape high-end items in limited quantities.

Quality before quantity: this is the philosophy pursued by Citadel. Production has a high proportion of manual labor. This means of course that the size, weight and design of different models differ slightly and that the informations and illustrations can only be exemplary. Each blade is hand-forged, hardened, polished and sharpened to perfection and each handle is adapted to its respective blade.

The choice of cases is also very important. In high quality Cordura, each sheath is made by hand and adapted to the individual dimensions of each knife.
