Large cheese knife by Claude Dozorme
This large cheese knife will be the essential accessory on your cheese board.
It has a base integrated into the handle so you can place the knife vertically on your tray.
The thickness of the handle means the blade doesn't touch the surface, so you can cut your cheese more hygienically.
The X50CrMoV15 steel blade is razor-sharp and easy to resharpen. Claude Dozorme logo engraved on the blade.
Olive wood handle not to be put in the dishwasher. Clean the blade with a soapy sponge, do not leave the knife to soak in water.
