Gaucho's knives are among the standard tools of the Argentine cowboys.

The different models we sell are Argentine handmade creations in the original tradition.

On this model the blade is made of stainless steel 420 and the handle is made of rosewood wood and bark wood, fine strips of leather and stainless steel still enhance the beauty of the handle.

Brass knob.

A traditional argentine designed brown leather sheath  is included.
