It is perfect for cutting meat, tendons and bones easily with its 18 cm blade length.
Very light about 350g, renowned for their durability, they are made of a single layer without rivets or welds, perfect in terms of hygiene.
For sharpening no extra effort they have a 17 degree angle.
The 13,3 cm handle is shaped like a stainless steel bamboo and very elegant, it ensures a firm grip even if your hand is wet.
All knives in this range are dishwasher safe.
